Medications — Final Sale Policy

All prescribed medications are final sale and non-refundable once dispensed. Refunds or replacement vials will only be issued in extenuating circumstances, such as:

• A damaged or broken vial received upon delivery
• An error in shipment
• A verified issue that prevents safe use of the medication

To request a review for refund or replacement, contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos and a brief description of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Cancellations

Consultation bookings may be cancelled under the following terms:

• More than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation: Full refund
• Within 24 hours of your scheduled consultation: 50% cancellation fee applies
• After consultation has taken place: The full consultation fee is non-refundable
